Apua - Vispipuuro

Quirkberry
Moi kaikki. Tarvin tässä vähän apua vispipuuron kanssa. Nytten on silleen että suomenkieleni ei ole niin hyvä kerta en käyta sitä tarpeeksi... =(

So if you lovely people do not mind, I will be writing the rest in English. I read Finnish just fine and I speak my family's dialect (Rovaniemi) fairly well, just writing it is tricky for me... so please forgive me.

In any case, I love vispipuuro and make it often. I whip it with a mixer to make it light and airy, naturally. However, I remember a Finnish relative of mine making it, and hers was MUCH more airy, and even had little air bubbles in it! I remember that the consistency was like airy, light mousse. I've never been able to get my vispipuuro/marjapuuro to become like that, no matter how much I whisk. I usually use a recipe that calls for water, sugar and puolukkahillo.

Is there a special ingredient one can add to make it that airy and mousse-like? And for that matter, how does one get it to be so very pink like the vispipuuro in the Viikon Suositus? (http://www.kotikokki.net/kumppanit/kenwood/reseptit/nayta/522/Vispipuuroa%20ja%20maitoa/)

Thank you, and again, I do apologize that I had to write this in English. You can reply in English or in Finnish.... like I said, reading Finnish usually isn't a problem. =) Kiitos!
