Raaka-aineet

3 eggs
6 dl soy milk
3 dl all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp salt

Ohje

1. Whisk flour and eggs in a mixing bowl. Add in the other ingredients. After combining all the ingredients, let the batter sit in the fridge for 30-45 minutes. 

2. Heat an oiled pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter to the pan and tilt the pan in a circular motion so the batter will coat the surface evenly. 

3. Cook the crepe for about 4-5 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Flip the crepe  with a spatula and cook it until it's the same color as the other side. 

4. Serve with toppings of your own choosing.
