200 g | wheat flour (or gluten free flour) |
1 | egg |
½ tl | salt |

100 g | boiling water |
20 g | green onion (kevätsipulia) |

Step:
1. Chop green onions into small pieces.
2. Place wheat flour and salt in a bowl. dig a hole in the middle.
3. Add all the boiling water and stir with a wooden fork until it is not so hot.
4. If the dough is still sticky, add some oil on your hand until it can be separeted from your fingers.
5. Divide the dough into two or three small portioins.
6. Take one of the dough and use the rolling pin to spread them evenly.
7. Put the green onion pieces, a pinch of salt and little bit of oil on the flat dough.
8. Scroll the dough and make it snail-shaiped.
9. Roll the green onion dough again and make sure it is evenly flat.
10. Turn the stove to power 6 first and put oil in the frying pan.
11. When the oil is heated, turn the power 2 and put the first flat dough in the pan.
12. Fry the dough until it turns brown then turn the other side to fry.
13. Add some black pepper and an egg top of the pancake. Turn ones more so the egg will be done.
14. Wrap with a serviet, eat and enjoy!
