cake
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Mix eggs and sugars using an electric mixer until the texture is fluffy.
3. In a separate bowl, combine potato starch, baking bowder, baking soda and cinnamon.
4. Add the flour mixture to the egg-sugar mixture alternatingly with the melted butter.
5. Fold in the shredded carrots.
6. Bake for 25 minutes.
frosting
1. mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and softened butter together.
2. crumble the cooled cake into crumbs and mix with 200g cream cheese. Roll into balls.
3. cover the bites with the frosting and sprinkle crushed almonds on top.
